Throughout the years I have been able to create supply chains and optimize warehouse solutions for numerous 3PL companies in varying industries including CPG, food & beverage, electronics manufacturing, and medical devices. I have thoroughly enjoyed my roles in helping to bring consistent success to my clients in propelling them forward to their next levels of growth.

Richard W. Peck
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Richard is a long standing supply chain industry leader with expertise in lean six sigma and supply chain design with a focus on efficiency and optimization.
A senior level executive with experience in multi-site global warehouse operations leadership, supply chain, eCommerce and manufacturing in the US, Europe, Mexico and Asia, Richard has had broad business experience in technology-based products, services and solutions.
Having a knack for rapidly identifying operational deficiencies and providing the vision and leadership to improve client performance, Richard has had a successful track record of capitalizing on market opportunities to drive revenues, profits and growth. Furthermore, Richard also has vast experience in negotiating contracts with labor, suppliers and clients.
Knowledge of Spanish, Polish (Fluent), Slovakian. Core competencies include: Business Process Analysis/ Development/Material Handling /Manufacturing Engineering/ Lean/ Six Sigma Black Belt.
